How do I set up network service on my tablet?

If you are experiencing difficulties with your tablet, follow the folowing steps to ensure your network is properly set up.

1. From the opening screen, press the back arrow button at the bottom of the screen to go to the ELD Data Service screen.
   
   
2. Tap the three dots at the top right corner of the screen, and choose Unlock.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the password "freeme" and tap Unlock. You will see a "device unlocked!" confirmation message.
   
   
   
   
4. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap on the gear icon in the top right to get to the Settings page.
   
   
   
   
5. Tap on Mobile networks.
   
   
   
   
6. Tap on Access Point Names.
   
   
   
   
7. Tap on the + in the upper right corner to add a new access point.
   
   
   
   
8. Tap on the Name field, enter "kore" and tap OK. Then tap on the APN field, enter "c2.korem2m.com" and tap OK.
   Please double check that you have entered the APN correctly. If this information is incorrect, your ELD service will not work.
   
   
   
   
9. Tap on the three dots in the top right corner and tap Save to save the changes.
   
   
   
   
10. Verify that the "kore" APN in the list is selected as the default (green dot).
    
    
    
    
11. Click on the back arrow button at the top left corner until you return to the screen with your apps. Click on the ELD Data Service app to return to your ELD service.
